Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Easy Audit Quality Portal is a product of Golden Phi. References to “we”, “us”, or “the operator” mean Golden Phi, which provides and operates this platform.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid subscriptions and related charges on Easy Audit Quality Portal, operated by Golden Phi (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a plan or completing checkout, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This policy covers paid company and auditor subscriptions processed through our supported payment providers (for example Stripe or Paddle). It does not cover free trials, complimentary access, or features that were never charged.
2. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, you can evaluate the service before paying. Trial periods are not billed while active. If you do not continue on a paid plan after the trial ends, access may return to free or limited features according to your account type — no refund is needed because no paid charge was collected for the trial itself.
3. Subscriptions and renewals
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing interval (monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout).
- Unless you cancel before the next renewal date, subscriptions may renew automatically.
- You can stop future renewals by cancelling or changing your plan from your billing settings where available, or by contacting support.
4. When refunds may be available
We review refund requests in good faith. A refund or partial credit may be considered when, for example:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan amount, or technical billing fault on our side).
- You cancel promptly after the first paid charge and have had little or no meaningful use of paid features — typically within 14 days of that charge, unless a longer window is required by applicable law or by the payment provider’s buyer-protection rules.
- The service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to a platform outage that we could not reasonably mitigate.
5. When refunds are generally not available
- Requests made long after the billing period started, where the account used paid features extensively.
- Charges for completed billing periods that already renewed after you had access to cancel.
- Dissatisfaction with results that depend on your own data quality, configuration, or regulatory outcomes (the platform is a tooling aid, not a certification decision).
- Violations of our Terms of Service that led to suspension or termination.
6. How to request a refund
Send a refund request through Contact Us or email help@geteasyaudit.org and include:
- Company or auditor account email
- Approximate charge date and amount
- Payment receipt / transaction reference if you have it
- Short reason for the request
We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method via the payment provider; bank posting times may vary.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Many issues can be resolved faster through a support refund. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of the related account while the dispute is investigated.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of paid services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy for future charges.
